  3.   You are experiencing one of the circumstances below.

      You are unemployed and plan to seek employment within 60 days.
You receive public welfare assistance.
You have reason to believe your TransUnion credit file is inaccurate due to fraud



  4.   Your state offers a free or reduced-price Personal Credit Report.

      Residents of CA, CO, CT, GA, ME, MD, MA, MN, MT, NJ, PR, VT, or VI, may be entitled to a free or reduced price Personal Credit Report.
